These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.sisunow.com, including all related tools, subdomains, and content made available therein (collectively, the "Site").

The Site is owned and operated by SISU S-Corp ("SISU," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is intended solely for business and professional use within the United States. It is not intended for individual, family, or household use, and we do not market or provide our services to consumers as defined under applicable consumer protection laws.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SISU AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SISU'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

10. Termination

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SISU regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
